Women are more atractive with their hair tied up and back.

My hair sounds just like yours - You need layers put in and immediately after blow drying pin up you hair in sections and straighten it. I have a trick for after gym class - Either a pony tail with your fringe clipped back, just clip your fringe back or get a headband and push all your hair back.

I have thick hair too=)) Is your hair layered? Sometimes thick hair looks better when artfully layers and highlighted. Work some hair-product ( straightening serum/ light wax/ mouse) into your hair before securing it into a pony-tail. Press down any fly-away baby hair near your temples. Work some product into your fringe, blow dry it against your natural parting. Make sure your fringe is trimmed of course. Hope this helps…Good luck!

Go to your hairstylist and get layers and side swept bangs,so you can wear your hair in a ponytail or you can wear ti down or you can have a half-pony tail.
And to reduce the poofiness, use some gel.And if you dont use conditionar after you shampoo your hair,USE IT. and dont get the “shampoo and conditionar 2-in-1″ You are supposed to keep the shampoo and conditionar seperate
    -hope this helps!.

I too have thick hair. part is on each side start at your temples and go up and put that hair in a large barett. You can also comb it all back, put it in a ponytail and then pull the ponytail about half back out of the band. You could try one of those leave in hair conditioners, it may help the poofy. if after gym it is puffy wet it a little and recomb it. Good Luck.

your hair is about the same length as mine. I got some long layers with it tappered around my face (with some bangs long enough I can still tuck my hair behind my ears) and they thinned it with a razor. Worked out pretty good for me cause the layers are still long enough that It will go in a pony tail.
And go to CVS/ or walgreens and invest in some clip in hair(long ponytail, or a spiky scrunchy)! I love mine…

try a messy bun - easy (espically after gym ) and in fashion, works best with layers.
twist your hair into a bun and tie up with a thin hairband, then put a scrunchy over the top - it lasts longer!
