    InStyle magazine has a program for that, and it’s free. You can upload your picture and choose from tons of celebrity hair cuts and colors. You can choose someone’s cut, let’s say Cameron Diaz, and then change the hair color….so if you don’t want to see what you look like as a blond, change it to brown or red.

    look under the beauty section.

    in ivillage.com you can change your hair, makeup, and even eye color so i would recommend that one!
